- have efficient heating systems and insulation
- have secure windows and doors
- have a suitable kitchen and bathroom
We are also working towards improving the energy efficiency of our properties.
We will collect information about what works your property might need through our programme of Stock Condition Surveys.
If you have applied to buy your home through the Right to Buy, you will not be included in any major improvement works programme.
