Envelope Improvement Works are carried out by our appointed contractor Novus Property Solutions Limited.
Improvement works are generally carried out to the external and internal communal areas of low-rise buildings and include:
- Replacement of block entrance doors and screens
- Installation of door entry system, including electronic fob access and video entry handsets installed in individual flats
- Refurbishment of floors, walls, ceilings and lighting
- Replacement of the communal roof
- Refurbishment of external sheds and outhouses
- General groundworks to external communal areas including footpaths, fencing, handrails and landscaped areas
If your address is included on the Envelope Improvement Scheme, we will:
- Contact you to let you know your block is on the programme
- Conduct a survey to determine the extent of the works required
- Discuss whether you have any specific needs to take into consideration
- Confirm what works are to be carried out and advise you of the planned commencement date
- Carry out the work
- Ask you to complete a customer feedback form
