Cyclical maintenance works are carried out by our appointed contractor Novus Property Solutions Limited.

Works are generally carried out to the external areas of houses, bungalows and low-rise properties. This includes:

  • General groundwork and landscaping
  • Cutting back and removal of overgrown shrubs and trees (where necessary)
  • Relaying of uneven slabs and replacement of broken slabs to communal paved areas, pathways leading to the main front door of a property, and pathways leading from the rear/side door of a property to a rear/side gate
  • Repair or replacement of timber fencing and gates, this includes boundary and communal fencing only (does not include the dividing fencing between gardens)
  • Refurbishment of sheds, stores and meter cupboards, including the repair or replacement of doors, windows and roofs (where required)
  • Refurbishment of porches including PVCU over cladding, repair or replacement of door and roof (where required)
  • Installation of handrails (where necessary)
  • Replacement of canopies over entrance doors
  • External painting of doors and frames to garages, sheds, stores and meter cupboards

If your address is included on the Cyclical Maintenance Programme, we will:

  • Contact you to let you know you are on the programme
  • Conduct a survey to determine the extent of the works required
  • Discuss whether you have any specific needs we need to take into consideration
  • Confirm what works are to be carried out and advise you of the planned commencement date
  • Carry out the work
  • Ask you to complete a customer feedback form
