Management Costs
You can see details about our management costs for the financial year 2024/25 below:
- We spent £31,603,000 on maintaining our properties (or £3,237 per property).
- We spent £461,000 on senior management costs (or £47 per property).
- We spent £48,000 on Board remuneration costs (or £4.91 per property).
- We employed 295 colleagues at an average cost of £1,412 per property.
SCH operate as an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) wholly owned by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and set up as a not-for-profit company to manage, maintain, and improve its housing stock.
The Council retains ownership of the stock and are therefore your landlord. As a result, some decisions made about your homes and our services require approval by the Council.
