Heating upgrade works are carried out by our appointed contractor Dodd Group.
Our ongoing heating upgrade programme of works includes the:
- upgrade of partial heating systems
- replacement of obsolete boilers with new central heating systems
- replacement of warm air units with new central heating systems
- replacement of back boiler systems with new central heating systems
The priority of works under the programme will be for those properties that currently have:
- solid fuel
- partial heating systems
- obsolete boilers (parts unavailable)
- warm air units
- back boilers
- old inefficient storage heaters
The Heating Upgrade Programme is developed from information collected from the Stock Condition Surveys.

- Contact you to let you know you are on the programme
- Survey your property
- Discuss whether you have any specific needs we need to take into consideration
- Arrange a date to undertake the work
- Carry out the work
- Ask you to complete a customer feedback form
