If you have an emergency outside of office hours please ring 0121 717 1515 and your call will automatically be transferred to our out-of-hours service.

Our out-of-hours service will only respond to emergencies.

What is an emergency?

An emergency is an unexpected event that demands immediate action. We define it as a situation which, if not dealt with before the start of the next period of working hours, would:

• put people in danger
• make a property unsafe or insecure
• cause damage to the property or make existing damage worse
• create unreasonable risk, suffering or difficulty.
