We have to carry out an annual heating service and safety inspection of your home to protect you and your family.
It’s a free service and we will contact you when your service is due.
You must give us access to carry out the service as it’s part of your tenancy agreement.
If you can’t make your appointment please contact us straight away on 0121 717 1515 so we can rearrange. If you miss two appointments, we may take legal action against you so please work with us to keep you safe.
When your service has been complete, we will post a copy of the gas certificate to you in 28 working days.
