Electrical testing
We carry out electrical testing to your home every five-years and will write to you when your test is due. You can arrange an appointment with us by calling the number on the letter.
The test will take around two hours and we will only test our installations such as the fuse board, sockets and wiring conditions. We will not test your appliances.
All our work is certified, and you will receive a certificate once the work is complete.
You must allow us access to your home to complete this work as it is part of your tenancy agreement. It is also legal requirement so please work with us to keep you safe.
