Window and Door replacements are currently undertaken by Dodd Group Limited, working with Berben Building Services Limited.
If your home is included on the Window and Door Programme, with our contractors we will:
- Contact you to let you know you are on the programme
- Survey your existing windows and external doors to identify which ones need replacing and take any necessary measurements
- Discuss with you whether you have any specific needs we need to take into consideration
- Arrange with you a mutually convenient date to undertake the work
- Carry out the work
- Ask you to complete a customer feedback form
