To ensure all our high rises are fully compliant with the latest building safety regulations, we have to carry out some important work around the external spandrel panels that feature on some blocks.
We will be carrying out Spandrel Panel replacement work at:
- Dillington House
- Woodbrooke House
- Avoncroft House
- Fircroft House
- Kingsgate House
Pending BSR Gateway Approval (Building Safety Regulator), work is expected to start in April 2026 and should be completed by March 2027.
Our appointed contractor for these projects is Elhance Ltd.
We will also be carrying out Balcony Replacement work at:
- DeMontfort House
- Wingfield House
- Digby House
- Catesby House
- Kingshurst House
- Redwood House
Pending BSR Gateway Approval (Building Safety Regulator), work is expected to start in July 2026 and should be completed by May 2027.
