We carry out regular inspections and fire risk assessments to communal areas to make sure they are kept clear, safe, and tidy.

We have a zero-tolerance policy in place which means no personal possessions can be left or placed in communal areas. This is to make sure all areas are kept clear and uncluttered if the fire service needs to enter in the building if there’s an emergency.
