Checking repairs

After we have done a repair we may inspect it so we can check the standard of the work and whether it has been value for money.

Faults

In the unlikely event that a fault occurs, please call the Contact Centre on 0121 717 1515.

When you report a repair, please let us know that there is a problem with a repair we recently carried out.

We will ask the contractor who did the original repair to put right any faults while the repair is still under guarantee.

If you are not happy with the standard of your repair, please tell us. You will not have to pay extra for the contractor to come back to put things right.
