You risk losing your home if you fall behind with your rent or mortgage payments.

We are committed to helping you stay in your home and to helping you deal with your arrears or debts.

Our money advice team can help stop customers from becoming homeless due to debt or problems managing money.

If you are having difficulty paying your rent or service charges, please phone us immediately on 0121 717 1515.

Council Tax
If you are having difficulty paying your Council Tax please call Solihull Council on 0121 704 8100.
