More than Bricks and Mortar is about the tenancy services we provide such as our approach to antisocial behaviour.

Ways to get involved:
- Block Advocate – you can become our “eyes and ears” in the block you live in. You can help us by reporting repairs, monitoring the communal cleaning and grass-cutting contracts. You can also give out information to other residents
- Estate Walkabouts – you can work with our staff to walk around a particular road or area to look out for fly-tipping, graffiti and anything else that needs to be reported
- Green Forum – you can help us with litter-picking in your area. You can also share your gardening knowledge and skills with other residents to help them look after their gardens
- Satisfaction Surveys – you can complete Antisocial Behaviour, Homelessness and Wellbeing surveys to help us improve our services
There will also be opportunities for you to take part in mini public panels, focus groups and attend pop-up and drop-in sessions.
