Keeping customers safe in their homes is very important to us. We are working to improve building safety and undertaking regular compliance checks.
Ways to get involved:
- Building Safety Advocates – you can become a Building Safety Advocate to support our high and low rise building management and safety. You can get involved in building safety processes, reporting concerns and taking part in annual safety events at our blocks.
- High Rise Block Pop-ups – one-off events for residents living in our high rises.
- Support the Sprinkler and Spandrel Panel Projects – making sure residents who are affected by this work are supported.
- Building Safety Engagement Strategy – ensuring residents are able to see the approach we are taking with building safety and support it.
