SCH and SMBC are reviewing the use of temporary accommodation. We would like to hear the views of customers currently in temporary accommodation (referred to as TA in the questionnaire) to understand the impact it has on customers and the support that is currently in place. The purpose of this survey is to shape the service in the future.

The answers you provide will have no bearing on your current accommodation or your housing application.
