Managing a tenancy is a big responsibility so it’s important you feel prepared and understand what is expected.
If you are applying for a home through the Solihull Home Options website, you must complete our ‘are you ready’ course. The course includes two video modules you need to watch and confirm you understand before we can make your application live and you can start bidding.
You must watch the videos if:
- You’re not a current council or housing association tenant.
- You have a tenancy with a private landlord.
- You’ve had rent arrears or other problems in a past tenancy.
