If you’re in prison or youth detention and will have no home on release, we can assess your needs and we will work with you and any professionals helping you to find a home.

In many circumstances it is the duty of Probation Services to ensure that you have safe and secure accommodation available on your release.

The duty to refer will mean that your probation worker or prison resettlement officer will contact us to advise us that you are likely to be homeless on release from prison. In order to make this referral they must get your permission and must also obtain permission to share information with us.

We can offer advice on a range of issues. It’s important for you to get in touch as soon as possible to give time for an assessment so that housing options can be explored and accommodation found.
