The information which you provide on this form will be used by Solihull Community Housing, for the purpose of tailoring and improving services offered to residents, as well as meeting legal and regulatory obligations. It may also be shared with Solihull Council, and partner organisations to ensure that our records are kept accurate and up to date and to help us identify other services which you may be entitled to.
