Safe and Sound plan

The Safe and Sound plan enables customers to have access to our unique 24 hour responder service, as well as having their own responders if they wish. In the event of you pressing your alarm for assistance, the monitoring centre will try and speak with you, via the alarm unit and on any phone numbers provided. If they are unable to make contact with you (what we would call a ‘No response’) one of our designated responders would attend to your property within 45 mins. Customers can still nominate family and friends as responders to be called first, and if they are not available, then it can be passed to our Safe and Sound responders to attend- for example if your responders work during certain times and are unable to attend during these, we could instead attend. Safe and Sound do not provide personal care, support with medication or attend if an ambulance has be called as we are unable to offer medical assistance or lift a customer.

Safe and Sound Lite plan

If your paying for the Lite level then you will need to nominate a family member, neighbour or friend that can respond to activation's within 45 minutes. Safe and Sound will not attend if you choose this plan.

This person will be notified if a ambulance has been called, the customers expresses that they want NOK called or in the event of a serious emergency. NOK does not need to be a responder.
