Complaints Annual Report - Solihull Community Housing

The Housing Ombudsman Service requires all landlords to produce an Annual Report.

We are pleased to share our Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report for the performance year 2024/25. The report looks at comparisons to our previous years performance and updated Self Assessment against the Complaint Handling Code. You can view it here. (docx 955 kB)
