If you are a third party solicitor enquiring about our insurance policy details and Portal ID:

• For incidents prior to 1^st April 2016 our Employers and Public Liability Insurance is with Zurich Municipal under policy number JHA-22S254-0013.  The Claims Portal ID is C00108.
• For incidents after 1^st April 2016 our Employers and Public Liability Insurance is with QBE (UK) Ltd.  The Claims Portal ID is D00019.
• For litigants in person Claim Notification Forms (CNFs), please send your claim to insurance@solihull.gov.uk
