We are delighted to announce that Solihull Community Housing has successfully retained its Tpas Accreditation for another three years.
This achievement reflects the dedication, passion and hard work of our colleagues and tenants, and recognises the strong culture of resident involvement we have built together. It reinforces our commitment to putting tenants at the heart of everything we do.
Retaining our accreditation demonstrates that we continue to meet the high standards set by Tpas and remain committed to ensuring residents have a meaningful voice in shaping our services.
To achieve Tpas accreditation, organisations must demonstrate a strong culture of resident involvement and a commitment to continuous improvement. The rigorous assessment process includes a detailed self-assessment, reality checks, visits, interviews and an independent scrutiny panel to ensure the required standards are met.
This recognition is not only a celebration of what we have achieved together, but also an opportunity to build on our success. The valuable feedback received through the accreditation process will help us strengthen resident engagement, improve our services and ensure residents continue to play a central role in decision-making over the next three years and beyond.
“Retaining our Tpas Accreditation is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the commitment of our colleagues and tenants. Working together, we’ve created a culture where residents have a genuine voice, and this recognition reflects our shared dedication to delivering better services and strong communities.”
