Charges for Disclosure

A fee may be charged where the time taken to process the request is more than 18 hours. An estimate is agreed with the requestor before work is commenced. Under the Act, fees may be charged in accordance with Fees Regulations in respect of the time spent in efficiently locating or copying records, based on a standard hourly rate.
