We will be redecorating the communal areas and stairwells of high rises which have recently had biomass heating and new lifts installed. The work is being carried by our contractor, Mitie. The programme will begin in 2017/18 and will be for four years.
The high rises that will have the communal decorating in 2017/18 are as follows:
