We have installed CCTV in all of our high rises.
Staff at our CCTV monitoring centre check the images filmed by the cameras to make sure all is well in and around the buildings. There is someone on duty there 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. We use the cameras to spot problems like anti-social behaviour, property damage, dumped rubbish, litter and graffiti.
If you witness an incident you should still report it to us as the monitoring centre staff may have missed it. If you keep notes on the date and time of the incident we can check the cameras to see if they caught it and possibly use the footage as evidence.
