Squatters and subletting

If you suspect a neighbouring property is being occupied by squatters or being sublet (ie to anyone other than the tenant) or you suspect someone has obtained a home through providing false information please let us know by:

  • emailing info@solihullcommunityhousing.org.uk
  • by calling in to a Solihull Connect Office
  • or phoning 0121 717 1515
  • or alternatively phoning Solihull Council’s fraud hotline: 0800 028 8535.

We will investigate and take the necessary action.
