Cyclical maintenance includes work on the outside of houses and bungalows and in the communal areas of some low rise buildings.
The work includes:
– Repairs/replacement of window panels and porches/canopies
– Repairs to side gates, fences, shed felt roofs and fascias
– Painting/replacement or repairs to shed doors and frames
– Repairs/replacement or re-lay of slabbed areas and repoint brickwork
