Your rent is due weekly each Monday. If you wish to pay monthly, your payments must be in advance. You must pay the correct rent regularly and on time, otherwise action will be taken against you which may result in you losing your home.
There are a number of ways you can make payments including:
by direct debit or standing order
telephone payments using debit or credit cards
via the automated telephone system 0300 4560502 24 hours a day, 7 days a week OR via the contact centre, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm on 0121 717 1515
over the internet (e-payments)
Via the Council’s secure Internet Payment facility available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.* *Subject to planned maintenance periods
at any Post Office using your rent card (swipe card) or Paypoint outlets
cash, cheques, debit card or credit card at one of our offices
with a debit card or credit card at one of our offices
- wage or salary deduction if employed by Solihull MBC or Solihull Community Housing.
