A tenancy review will involve contact by a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, usually within the first 4 to 6 weeks of your tenancy starting. Later into your tenancy you will be visited by a Neighbourhood Services Officer. They will both discuss the following matters:
- Your rent payments
- The conduct of your tenancy
- The condition of the property
- Any Issues or problems previously identified have been resolved
This is also our chance to chat to you about how your tenancy is going generally and if you need help finding work, training or accessing support services.
