What happens at the end of the probationary tenancy period?
Your Introductory tenancy will be reviewed at 9 months. If there has been a breach of your Tenancy Conditions the tenancy may be extended for a further 6 month or your tenancy may be ended. If you have conducted your tenancy well you will move on to your 2 or 5 year fixed term tenancy. Other tenancies may be offered depending on your circumstances.
