You can visit this office to make payments at the cash office, to use the self service area or to attend a homelessness appointment.
Office opening times are:
- Monday 10am to 4pm
- Tuesday 10am to 4pm
- Wednesday 10am to 4am
- Thursday 10am to 4pm
- Friday 10am to 4pm
Please note this office will be closed the last Wednesday of every month.
We will still operate an emergency service for people who become homeless on this day. If you are in this situation please contact us via the Contact Centre on 0121 717 1515.
When this office is closed you can still pay your rent at one of the Solihull Connect offices.
