Solihull Community Housing appoint new interim Chief Executive

Lee brings over 30 years of social housing experience to SCH, including six successful years as CEO of Salix Homes in Salford, where he played a key leadership role in the sector’s response to the Grenfell tragedy. A qualified accountant and housing professional, Lee previously spent 13 years as Finance Director at Wakefield & District Housing in Yorkshire (now Vico Homes).

Over the past five years, Lee has worked in a range of interim and advisory roles across the social housing sector, sharing his expertise and passion with a diverse mix of organisations. His experience spans both general needs and specialist supported housing providers, in Housing Association and ALMO settings.
