The NHS have launched a new campaign to encourage people to look after their mental health. 

The last 10 months have been extremely challenging for everyone, now with the cold, dark nights and gloomy days, it’s becoming even harder for people to concentrate on their mental wellbeing.

You can now visit the Every Mind Matters website and answer 5 quick questions to get your free plan with tips to help you deal with stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, boost your mood and feel more in control.
