We are currently upgrading the Solihull Home Options system and the proposed go live date is Thursday 26 September 2024.
On the go live date, to be confirmed, Abritas and the customer portal will be unavailable.
The customer portal will not be affected by the upgrade, but you won’t be able to log into your account or place bids on the go live date.
A message will be added to the customer portal advising that there will be no access that day once we have a confirmed date.
A bulk message will also be sent in advance to all active housing applications to advise them that they will not be able to access their account or place bids on the go live date.
Our partners and other registered provider landlords we work closely with have also been informed.
