We are developing five new homes at Anglesey Avenue in Smith’s Wood, Solihull. This work is taking place on a former garage site. This project will consist of three two bedroom houses and two three bedroom houses.
The new Anglesey Avenue homes will all be constructed to the latest eco-friendly guidelines and will include solar panels on the roof with central heating supplied by air source heat pumps.
Replacement car parking spaces will be constructed close to the development site. Planning permission has been secured and a preferred contractor appointed.
