Full Planning Application approved
The Kingshurst Planning Application was approved unanimously at last night’s Planning Committee.
Based on the Kingshurst Masterplan, the approval now clears the way for the demolition of the existing local centre and the development of a new mixed-use community focused village centre.
With full planning approval in place we can continue to work with local residents and stakeholders as we progress to the next stage of this scheme.
