Fiona has extensive knowledge of social housing, acquired over more than 30 years of working in the public sector.Strong and positive communities are at the heart of Fiona’s beliefs and she has developed multi-agency teams to work across boundaries and improve neighbourhood outcomes.Under Fiona’s leadership SCH has established excellent working relationships with key local stakeholders, including: Solihull Police, West Midlands Fire Service, and St Basil’s. |

Mark Pinnell Executive Director of Assets and Development Mark began his career in Engineering becoming a production engineer in the Automotive industry. Mark joined Solihull Council in April 2001 as an Emergency Building Surveyor and has successfully progressed to his current role.Mark is also a board member at St Peter’s Housing Association (Saltley). |

Kevin Bennett
Executive Director of Customer Service Transformation and Business Support Kevin Bennett has spent almost 17 years working at a senior level of customer operations in both the public and private sector. His experience including Telecoms, Utilities, Local Government and Customer Consultancy. In recent years, Kevin’s focus has been around the fundamental transformation of services to become ‘customer centric’ with an emphasis on improving effectiveness and efficiency, whilst at the same time enabling organisational culture to thrive. One of Kevin’s key missions at SCH is the smooth delivery of an innovative digital strategy to the business and communities we serve. |
