Over the last four weeks, our Contact Centre Team have worked hard to maintain a good level of performance in challenging circumstances. Priority has been given to urgent repairs, homelessness and wellbeing.

From Monday 20 April we will be temporarily reducing our Contact Centre hours from 8am-6pm, to 9am-5pm. This will help us to carry out additional welfare calls to our more vulnerable customers who we must prioritise at this moment in time.

These calls are a lifeline to make sure that those most at risk are receiving the vital food and medical supplies that they depend on during the current lockdown. We can also check that those who are isolated have some social contact. We will continue to provide emergency cover outside our new temporary hours of 9am-5pm.
