Solihull Council makes it easy for you to insure your belongings under a special household contents insurance scheme for leaseholders and council tenants. The insurance is arranged with Allianz Insurance PLC.
Applying for home contents insurance You can either: - Download and print a form or - Contact us and we can send you a form in the post. Your cover will begin when you receive a letter and schedule confirming that you have been accepted on the scheme. The letter will give the start date and the amount you pay per week. If you fall behind with your rent your cover will stop.
