Your tenancy agreement states that you must not do anything that is likely to annoy or disturb people living near your home. Examples of nuisance include dogs barking and fouling. Your tenancy agreement also says:

'Any pets and animals that you keep in your home must not cause damage to your home and/or a nuisance to your neighbours and/or their lawful visitors'.

Please do not:

• leave your dog unattended in your garden or property for long periods of time.
• leave your dog to bark continuously, causing disturbance to other residents.
• allow your dog to roam and foul in communal areas.
