Everyone has a right to live peacefully in their home.
Giving a high-quality housing service means tackling antisocial behaviour effectively. In this
section you can read our antisocial behaviour policy and find out more about what we, and you, can

In February 2010 Solihull Community Housing became one of the first housing providers in the
country to have its ASB team accredited by HouseMark.

See our Respect Action Plan which
was developed following the inspection that lead to the HouseMark accreditation. Our ASB accreditation report is also
available.
To find out more about our ASB team have a read of our case studies which were featured on the
HouseMark website.
