Salary Band B: £12,489 - £16,054
Based at Endeavour House in Kingshurst, North Solihull, you will support the Estates Management
teams who work on our properties and the surrounding environment to make sure they are safe, clean
and attractive places to live.
Educated to GCSE (grade C or above) or equivalent, you will have experience of working in a busy
office. You will have excellent customer care skills and be able to deal with people sensitively,
tactfully and (at times) firmly. You should have good IT skills, be well organised, able to meet
deadlines and maintain accurate records.
Successful applicants will be invited to interview on either Wednesday 18 August or
Thursday 19 August. If a second round of interviews are needed these will take place on Friday 20
August.
