Salary Band C: £15,444 - £20,198
Our Area Caretaker Team is committed to developing a stronger, safer, cleaner community for all
our tenants.
As an Area Caretaker you will deal with neighbourhood problems and carry out inspections on
properties and the surrounding environment to make sure they are safe, clean and attractive places
to live. You will also be responsible for monitoring cleaning performance contracts, attending
resident's group meetings, and dealing with any problems affecting our residents or the local
area.
You will need to be enthusiastic, with good communication skills and the ability to provide
excellent customer service. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a housing/estate
management environment. You will also need to be able to drive, and hold a clean driving
licence.
Sucessful applicants will be invited to interview on either Wednesday 18 August or
Thursday 19 August. If a second round of interviews are needed these will take place on Friday 20
August.
