The tenants' handbook contains information about the services provided by Solihull Council and
Solihull Community Housing.
The tenants handbook is in two parts. Part one contains leaflets that are relevant to all
tenants and contains information about being a tenant. Part two (available in the leaflet page)
provides more specialist information, for example leaflets about Right to buy and mutual
exchanges.
