The following terms and conditions must be read and accepted before you can proceed to
registerto use the repairs online service.
The online repairs reporting system is a secure web site operated by Solihull Community
Housing(SCH). We respect and protect the privacy of anyone who visits the web site. Any information
yougive us cannot be viewed by anyone else using the web. The information you provide will
beprocessed and used to order your repair. We may contact you to acknowledge your repair or to
askfor feedback on the site or our services. SCH may use data from online repair orders to
buildstatistical information about repairs. Any information used will not include any
personaldetails.
Registered Users
In order to register, you will need your billing number. This can be found on your rent card
oron your swipe card. Upon registering to use the service you will be issued with a pin number.
Forsecurity purposes this will be sent to you in the post. SCH requires that registered users of
thewebsite must keep their registration access details (pin number) private and confidential. SCH
isnot responsible for the use and any misuse of your username and password and any known or
unknownunauthorised access. SCH reserves the right to remove access to this service if it is
misused.
Pin number
The system allows you three attempts to input your correct PIN number. If you exceed
threeattempts the system will automatically block access. To reset your password you can either
reregister or contact us on 0121 717 1515 weekdays 8am - 6pm to request that your PIN number
isreset.
